I use a program called phpdvdprofiler to maintain my collection online. For more information about the program, see the bottom of this page. This is how to get DVD Profiler data (XML) on your Pocket PC. 
I've made some DVD keepcase cover art for DTS Demonstration Discs, the THX Surround Ex Demonstration & Test DVD, the DVD Demystified 2nd Edition DVD, the Kenwood Sovereign DVD, and the Nickelodeon DVD Sampler (that comes with Jimmy Neutron).
