The Forums and Mailing Lists have been discontinued. The SETI@home team page has been updated (though darius' participation has been defunct for a while). And the Netcam page now also works when viewed outside of the local net.

Uptime Record • Sunday, October 2, 2005
The uptime record came to an end today. After being up for a staggering 200 days, darius was power cycled for maintenance. (UPS loads were rebalanced for all the equipment in the computer room.)

Gift Registry • Saturday, January 1, 2005
The gift registry service now includes an Amazon helper for adding links and images; and wish lists can optionally be displayed without images (for faster page response).

The small SETI counter (linked to darius' SETI@home stats) is now shown on the home page and a new counter (with more stats) is on the team page.

Darius has been updated from Mandrake 9.2 to Mandrake 10.0 (fresh install) and from kernel 2.4.22 to kernel 2.6.6.
